His multifaceted business acumen is particularly strong in the field of human resources and he’s trained in a range of highly sought-after skills such as: workplace investigations, equal opportunities, return to work coordination, executive coaching, change management, dispute resolution.
Mark’s proven track record of problem solving, excellent communication and creativity has helped him offer the very best in workforce planning and succession management solutions. He is a change expert, experienced end-to-end recruiter and has helped resource two of the Australian State of Victoria’s largest infrastructure projects.
Mark’s work with the Department of Treasury and Finance, also in Victoria state, saw him manage and coach a small team of human resource professionals in what was a significant time of leadership change. Mark wore many hats including diversity, particularly in relation to Indigenous relations; industrial relations; policy positions and employee relations. He was instrumental in helping develop a new government department that helped give advice when implementing new infrastructure projects.
In his human resource role with a state government agency in Victoria Mark worked with regional managers to focus on strategic priorities. He also delivered a diversity and inclusion strategy, managed Indigenous affairs for the agency as well as designing and delivering a contemporary workforce plan.
Mark has also garnered many years of experience in previous human resource roles.
